I was extremely disappointed by the quality of the food served at the hotel. The breakfast was lacking variety, and some items were missing altogether, which was unacceptable for a supposed 5-star establishment. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, making it difficult to attend to important tasks while on vacation, and I found myself frustrated with the lack of basic services, such as room service that was frequently unavailable when needed.

The hotel offers stunning sunset views from the pool area. Only downside is the limited dinner menu options.

We had a wonderful time at this beautifully renovated hotel! The rooms were spacious, well-designed, and daily cleaning made them feel like new. The pool area offered a relaxing ambiance alongside a great menu that complemented our meals perfectly. I really enjoyed the breathtaking sunset views from the pool, making each evening unforgettable. I found the dinner menu options a bit limited, which could be improved for a more diverse dining experience.

The dining experience featured excellent local Nagasaki rice, which was a highlight, alongside attentive service from the friendly staff. the outdoor pool was closed early, limiting evening relaxation options, and the nearby beach was disappointing for swimming. The airport shuttle arrangement was inconvenient.

the outside pool is a gem , perfect for lengths and relaxation. The staff really went the extra mile , they surprised us with a bottle of Cava in the room just after check-in.

The room was pristine with stylish decor and the plunge pool was a nice touch. Daily menu changes kept dining exciting, and the rocky seashore location near nearby attractions was a bonus.

the only thing was the beach access was a bit tricky. but the view from the sun loungers was stunning, the staff always seemed genuinely happy to help, and the food at breakfast was extremely diverse and tasty.
